The European Political Community (EPC) summit took place in Prague on 6 October. The aim of this format, proposed in May this year by the French presidency of the Council of the EU, is to strengthen Europe’s security and stability through EU cooperation with countries crucial to its military and energy security. However, there is a risk that such a broad cooperation format will fail to agree on concrete objectives, while some countries will not be favorably disposed towards pursuing common agreed priorities
