France stated that it will sign an agreement formalising the establishment of a joint cyber resilience capacity-building training institute in the Western Balkans. This institute will be established in Montenegro in partnership with Slovenia and will aim to provide training on cybersecurity and the fight against cybercrime to relevant authorities throughout the Western Balkan region.
